★ Wait Times ★
My work can take anywhere from two weeks to a month. In rare cases, which heavily depends on my queue's size, commissions can take two months. This is not ideal for me, but sometimes it does happen. I always communicate my wait times when sending out my confirmation message to clients!
★ Artistic Liberty ★
I do artistic liberty, but I have rules you are inclined to follow.
I will ask you about details that you really wish to see (Ie. sizing of assets, specific kinks, etc.).
Otherwise, I am entitled to make ALL decisions regarding the commission and how it looks.
The only changes the client is permitted to make are any changes regarding character design/representation. Outside of that, you are not allowed to make any changes to the piece since it is ARTISTIC LIBERTY.
^ Though I will ask any questions I have about your character before drawing them.
★ NSFW ★
You MUST be 18+ to purchase NSFW content from me.
I hold the right to ask for proof of age via ID if I suspect you are a minor.
Failure in compliance will result in a permanent blacklist & block. Do not test me.
★ Reference Sheets ★
For the sake of your commission,
a viable reference sheet must be provided.
Reference sheets I will NOT accept:
Toyhouse Watermarked/Heavily Watermarked Refs
Instagram or Jpeg Quality Refs (If I zoom in and everything is pixely/low quality, I will ask for another reference sheet.)
Traditional Art (Unless there is a viable, digitalized color pallet for me to pick from)
Descriptions (Unless it is a custom, of course)
★ Use of my Work ★
If you are the client and have paid in full for your commission, you may use it as you please WITH CREDIT. Failure to do so will result in the denial of all future commissions as I cannot trust you to properly credit me.
You may credit me in any viewable place, such as a bio, description, or caption.
PLEASE UPLOAD MY WATERMARKED PIECES ONLY. You can share the unwatermarked things in PRIVATE SPACES. If you are uploading the piece publicly, or to an area with a large user count (ie. a Discord Server), PLEASE post the watermarked version to avoid theft.
I reserve the right to upload a commissioned piece to any/all of my social media accounts unless my client states otherwise.
You may deny me consent to upload your commission via my form.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RESELL MY WORK OR USE IT FOR MERCH/PRODUCTS UNLESS I HAVE STATED OTHERWISE.

★ Payments & Refunds ★
Payments
Payment is always upfront.
I can do minimal payment plans for commissions costing $100.00+. If you are looking to do payment plans, please clarify in my form! Plans cannot go beyond 60 days.
Refunds
If I have not started your commission, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
If I have completed your sketch, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
You are no longer eligible for a refund once I have started lining your commission.
★ Changes ★
If you see a change you want made, ask for it immediately.
The best time to ask for changes is during the Sketching and Coloring phases.
Any change that calls for a re-sketch will cost the client a fee of $25.00. If you want a specific pose, please ensure you clarify in the forms.
^ If you feel like you cannot properly describe your idea, you can always ask for thumbnails!
I will not charge for mistakes that happen on my behalf.
I will not charge for most small changes.
For pieces that are Shaded, Lined, or Colored (or any combination of the three), I will charge a fee of $15.00 or more for any Large Changes that do not involve the original concept or character design (ie. you want a change that deters the original concept or presented character design, such as reposing an arm, or adding an article of clothing, etc.).

Once you buy a design from me, you are free to do as you please with it.

★ Aggression & Hostility ★
I will cancel your commissions if you become hostile or aggressive with me. I do not tolerate that kind of behavior.
If you continue to harass me, I will blacklist you and block you.IF you wish to confront me about an issue, you may note me on FurAffinity or Direct Message me on Twitter.
I will happily resolve any given issue if you are willing to be mature about it.

I don't say this in a means of exploiting folks, but if you have a particular kink you don't see above, it is likely that it is a kink that you can convince me to do by paying me well for it.Kinks such as scat, smegma play, and things of that nature aren't things I'd inherently enjoy drawing, but I'm not entirely opposed so long as you pay a good chunk of change.That's up to you though!
Do remember, there are TONS of artists out there that will do those kinks FREE OF CHARGE... just not me.

Want to know how to commission me? Well, here's the general process! ... warning... this is long.
I open my forms at the end of every month.My forms will stay open for 2-3 days. I open them at
6 PM EST on the date I've chosen.
You can usually find the opening and closing dates in my Twitter tag/name, or on a journal on my FurAffinity.During the given time, you will be allowed to open my forms, fill them out, and submit your commission ideas. There is no limit on form submissions, but if you have multiple ideas to choose from, please submit them in the same form if possible.This is not a first-come-first-serve process, meaning that you don't have to rush! Take your time processing and submitting your information.I will eventually close my forms at 6 PM EST on the established closing date.From there, I will select my clients based on a few factors...
- How confident I am in executing the idea.
- How willing I am to draw the idea.
- If the client agreed to my TOS via the forms.
- If the client established that they are an adult via the forms.
- If the client sent me a viable reference sheet.
Once I have chosen my clients, I will make an announcement via Twitter, Discord, and FurAffinity.I will then place my clients on my queue/Trello. Once I have applied the information to my Trello, I will begin to contact clients based on their preferred method of contact.As the client, you will receive a message establishing the potential wait time, the price of your commission, as well as a link to your card on Trello. From there, you can tell me whether you are or are not ready to accept the commission offer.I will then accept your payment address, and send you an invoice.This is a pivotal time to tell me if you need payment plans, and to what extent. You can also tell me if you need to place a hold until you get paid!Once you pay the invoice, please be sure to tell me that you have. This will determine your placement on the queue.
Once I start your commission, I will send you a few WIPs. Your first WIP will be the sketch. This is the best time to tell me if you have any changes you'd like made, especially regarding the pose, sizing, expression, or any features I may have misinterpreted or missed on your character.The next WIP will be the lineart/clean up (depends on the commission type).After that comes the colors. This is a good time to correct or change any miscolored parts, incorrect markings, etc.If you commissioned me for a shaded piece, that comes after. Please know that this is the WORST TIME to ask for changes.
Asking for a change once I have started shading almost always guarantees a fee.Once I have shaded the piece, or colored it (again this depends on the type), I will begin adding any additional parts to the piece such as text/sound effects/movement lines. This is also when I begin to work on alternate pieces, if you asked for any.Once completed, I will show you the final piece. After you have confirmed the piece, I will email it to you!
